If you are looking to volunteer here at Antioch, you have come to the right place! Whether you want to work with kids, students, or adults, we have a place just for you. Interested in serving behind the scenes or greeting people or simply answering questions? We have a place for you! Want to serve weekly, monthly, or just a few times a year? Volunteer Opportunities
1. ADMINISTRATIVE VOLUNTEER: Assist with administrative tasks such as record/input information, volunteer touchpoint, and other administrative tasks based on the need of the ministry.

2. ATHLETICS: Volunteer coaches train students to improve their performance in a variety of track and field events.

Hours: 6 Hours
Availability: Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays, and Saturdays
3. AUDIO/VISUAL: Responsible for operating the computers inside of the sanctuary with the goal of recording multiple services.

4. COMFORT AND CARE: Provide comfort to members grieving the loss of loved ones by sending them sympathy cards, making phone calls and praying with them.

5. CAMERA OPERATOR: Responsible for operating camera inside of the sanctuary with the goal of capturing multiple services or events.

6. CDL SHUTTLE DRIVER VOLUNTEER: Provide excellent customer service to parishioners and guests while providing transportation to and from service and outside events.
Must possess a current Class B Texas Driver’s License with a passenger endorsement and no driving violations within the past 5 years. Must be at least 25 years old. With 5+ years of experience.

7. COMMON GROUND: Assist with onboarding new members by obtaining member’s profile.

7. EMERGE (Young Adults): Serve as a teacher equipping young adults to apply God’s Word in every aspect of life through an interactive learning environment. Teachers facilitate the mission providing instruction, cultivating learning and assisting with life application for young adults.

8. FELLOWSHIP: Provide hospitality to visitors by engaging them in conversations and setting up and serving
food during special events.

9. FLOW LEADERS: Assist with welcoming parents and students to Children & Youth Church. Assist with teaching and serving in the nursery, children’s church and youth.

10. GREETERS: Greet all church attendees and assist where needed.

11. GROW LEADERS: Assist with facilitating and teaching young girls how to apply biblical and practical principles to their lives.

13. INFORMATION DESK ATTENDANT: Perform help desk services by providing information about the church, upcoming events, restock brochures, and answering questions for members and guests.

16. PRAYER LEADER: Provide intercessory prayer for our church, city, communities, country, and world by retrieving prayer
requests and leading morning prayer time with members on Sundays and Thursdays.

17. REPAST ATTENDANT: Responsible for the setup, decoration, and serving of the Repast meal to grieving families.

19. SOCIAL MEDIA | CONTENT CREATOR: Responsible for posting and recording media, quotes, scriptures, and pictures on all of our social media platforms.

18. USHER: Provide a variety of services to members and visitors such as seating, emergency troubleshooting in sections, and remind attendees of sanctuary etiquette.
